Introducing Zodiac 5.1

the official release of Zodiac framework v.5.1

Today I would like to announce the official release of Zodiac 5.1. In this post you will find all new features and important changes in the latest version of Zodiac framework that can be used in default Jimdo templates

The admin menu can be opened clicking the plus icon on the right and it contains the new sections

Updated the design of custom widgets and their shortcodes. Please check the full list of widgets included in Basic an Pro versions

Instagram feed and Final countdown

The both plugins included in Pro version have been removed from the main js file and used as separate file directly in Widget/HTML.

The plugins Instagram feed, js countdown and other widgets can be found in section Zodiac Add-ons

No coding and Matrix variables

You can alter different styles of default Jimdo elements using the Alt Text classes and variables classes in Widget/HTML without any code knowledge. The button Zodiac will facilitate you the choice of the right class

The new helper classes

In order to avoid the conflict between the CSS classes and Alt text, some helper classes in new release of the framework have been changed ( e.g. red for bg-red, greenfor bg-green etc )
